1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Note: Certain items such as clearance items, customized/personalized products, or digital downloads may not be eligible for return. These exclusions will be clearly marked on the product page.


2. How to Request a Return

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, ordered the wrong size), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt, as we are not responsible for lost or missing returns.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
